I met Ray at my local gym and we immediately hit it off as I used to do kung fu and tai chi.
When he told me he taught Qi Gong, I was hesitant in trying one of his sessions as I hadn’t done any internal martial arts in a long time (Just full contact disciplines). But upon trying one of his classes I left feeling energised and grounded! I’ve been keeping up my qi gong with him regularly since.
I feel as a teacher he matches my energy and doubles it! His sessions have helped me when I’ve been feeling low, overstimulated and even helped me ground myself before a fight of mine. I look forward to breaking bricks soon.
I’d highly recommended Ray as a QiGong teacher.

I caught Coronavirus in December 2020. I struggled to breathe and would experience problems when exhaling. Ray guided me through a breathing exercise over the telephone, which is called adominal breathing. He advised me to practice this breathing method daily and so I did.
As per Ray's advice, I practiced adominal breathing every morning, through out the day, and the evening before going to bed. I even noticed at times that my breathing while asleep was very deep adominal breathing.
I am confident what Ray taught me turned my breathing around while suffering from Coronavirus. Ray would even check up on me from time to time to ensure that I was ok. My breathing has improved massively and back to normal which is a great relief considering the condition that I was in. Ray is very calm and patient. I still practice adominal breathing everyday which benefits my health in many ways.

I always leave Ray’s classes feeling less tense, more grounded and peaceful. The yoga world is new to me, but he always ensures I am comfortable and we go at a good pace with the movements. This has really alleviated my anxiety and helped me during lockdown. I wish to continue even after lockdown.
